CASCADE AERATORS
During the process of aeration, water is brought in intimate contact with air in order to absorb oxygen and remove Carbon dioxide. Additionally, it aids in killing bacteria to a certain extent, removing gases like Hydrogen Sulfide, iron and manganese to a certain extent from treated water.
If water is sprayed into the atmosphere by special nozzles that break-up water into droplets, the dissolved gases escape. Thus up to 90% of dissolved Carbon dioxide is removed.
